We built Refined Catering Co. from a shared passion for hospitality, elevated cuisine, and bringing people together through meaningful dining experiences. As a husband-and-wife team, we combine our individual backgrounds, creativity, and love for food to create events that feel personal, thoughtful, and unforgettable.
Aireanne, a proud Colorado native, brings over 15 years of experience in fine dining, catering, bartending, and event management. From intimate gatherings to large-scale events serving over 650 guests, her passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and commitment to creating seamless experiences are at the heart of every event we take on.
Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Cameron discovered his passion for cooking at just 13 years old. After refining his skills within Chicago’s diverse culinary scene and working as a sous chef, executive chef, and corporate chef, he brought his chef-driven approach to Colorado. His culinary style was heavily influenced by the lessons his mother taught him — cooking with authenticity, creativity, and care.
Together, we created Refined Catering Co. to offer a more customized and experience-driven approach to catering. From weddings and private chef dinners to corporate gatherings and celebrations across Colorado, every menu we create is thoughtfully designed around our clients, the season, and the experience they want to bring to life.
Our love for food extends far beyond the kitchen — we even named our two Goldendoodles Ramen and Udon. Whether we’re developing new menus, exploring local ingredients, or sharing meals with family and friends, food has always been at the center of both our relationship and our business.
